ListingFix

Bulk image checker

Check a whole catalogue against one marketplace, see which photos fail and why, then fix them together.

Report

Add your photos to see a pass or fail line for each one, and a total for the whole batch.

    Quick answer

To check many product photos at once, drop a ZIP or up to 500 photos into the ListingFix bulk image checker and pick a marketplace. It shows a pass, check or fail line for every photo, with the exact rule that failed, plus a CSV report and a ZIP of fixed copies.

    What this tool does

    How to use it

    1. 1Pick your marketplace.
    2. 2Add a ZIP or several photos. The check starts by itself.
    3. 3Read the report, download the CSV, and fix the problem photos as a ZIP.

Testing product photos one at a time stops being practical once a catalogue reaches a few dozen items. This checker runs the same tests as the single image checker across a whole batch, so you can see which photos could cause trouble before you start uploading.

Everything happens in your browser. The ZIP is opened on your device and no photo is sent to a server, so unreleased products stay private.

What the fix can and cannot change

The fix handles shape, pixel size and file limit, following the same rules as Fix All on the single checker. It cannot repaint a background behind a product. If photos still fail the background test after fixing, run them through the bulk background remover and check them again.

    Questions sellers ask

How do I check many product images at once?

Pick a marketplace, then drop a ZIP or select up to 500 photos. The check starts by itself and adds a pass, check or fail line for each photo. You do not need an account, and nothing is uploaded to a server.

How many photos can I check in one batch?

Up to 500 photos in one batch. If your ZIP holds more, the tool keeps the first 500 and tells you how many were left out, so you can put the rest in a second ZIP and check those separately.

What does the bulk checker test?

It tests aspect ratio, resolution, file size, format, transparent areas and background, plus product size in the frame where the marketplace has that rule. These are the same tests as the single checker, using the rules saved for your chosen marketplace.

Can I export the results to Excel?

Yes. The report downloads as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. It lists the file name, marketplace, result, width, height, size in KB and the problems found for every photo in the batch.

Can it fix the photos that fail?

Partly. The fix button exports the photos with problems as a ZIP, corrected for shape, pixel size and file limit, then re-tests each and shows the totals. It cannot repaint a background, so those photos need the bulk background remover.

Are my photos uploaded when I use a ZIP?

No. Your browser opens the ZIP and reads the photos on your own device. The site has no server that receives your images, so this works for unreleased products and for catalogues you would rather keep private.

Why does a white background photo fail?

Phone photos often record white as light grey or cream. The checker measures the outer ring of pixels, and where a marketplace asks for pure white, those pixels must measure as true white, even if the photo looks white to your eye.

    Are the marketplace rules official?

Some are and some are not. Under the dropdown, each marketplace shows either the date its rules were checked with a source link, or a note that the figures come from seller guidance. Confirm in your seller center before a large upload.

If all my photos pass, will the marketplace accept them?

Not necessarily. A pass covers what can be tested from pixels and file details. Marketplaces also judge content, such as logos or text on the image, and they can change their rules, so a pass is a useful check and not a guarantee.
