The cheapest delivery charge does not always leave the most money. A courier with a lower rate can still cost more once its COD percentage and return charge are counted, especially when one parcel in ten comes back.
Enter one order and this calculator works out the profit per shipped parcel for all three couriers, then marks the cheapest. Every rate is an editable field, so you can match your own merchant panel. Edits stay in your browser.
How true profit is worked out
A delivered order earns the cash collected, minus the delivery charge, COD charge, product cost, packaging and any Daraz commission. A returned order earns nothing and loses the delivery charge, any return charge and the packaging. The product is assumed to go back into stock.
True profit is the average of those two results at your return rate. At a 10% return rate, it is 90% of the delivered result minus 10% of the return loss.
Where the rates come from
Steadfast figures were read from its own price calculator and terms. Pathao figures come from its rate table. RedX publishes its COD rates but no public delivery rate card, so its delivery figures are labelled examples. Replace them from your panel before you trust the RedX row.
Couriers change rates and often give volume sellers their own. Your merchant panel always wins over the default here.
