ListingFix

Batch watermark tool

Stamp your shop name or logo on a whole set of product photos and download a ZIP.

Watermark type

Many marketplaces ask for no watermark or logo on the main image. Check your seller rules, and consider stamping only gallery photos or photos you share on social media.

Preview

Add photos to see a live preview. Every photo in the batch gets the same stamp, sized to match its own pixels.

Quick answer

To watermark many product photos at once, add them to the ListingFix batch watermark tool, type your shop name or choose a logo, then set position, size and opacity on a live preview. Every photo gets a matching stamp in your browser, and a batch downloads as one ZIP. Originals stay unchanged.

What this tool does

How to use it

  1. 1Add your photos.
  2. 2Type your shop name or choose a logo, then set position, size and opacity.
  3. 3Download one stamped photo, or a ZIP for a batch.

Sellers who photograph their own stock often see those photos reused by other sellers. A watermark does not stop that, but it makes copying less attractive and keeps your shop name on the photo wherever it travels. Adding one by hand to fifty photos is the part nobody wants to do.

Here you set the stamp once on a live preview, and every photo in the batch receives the same look, sized to fit its own pixels. Photos stay in your browser and are never uploaded.

Check the rules before you stamp

Many marketplaces ask sellers to keep watermarks and logos off the main product image, and a stamped photo could be held back from a listing. Rules differ by marketplace and category, so read your own seller center policy. Gallery photos and social media posts are often a safer place for a watermark.

Keep your unstamped originals, because a watermark cannot be cleanly removed later. Stamped copies download as new files, and your originals are not changed.

Which position works best

A corner stamp keeps the product clean but is easy to crop away. A repeating pattern is much harder to remove, though it distracts from the product. A common middle ground is a centred stamp at low opacity, so the product is still clear and the mark is still difficult to cut out.

Questions sellers ask

Can I use a watermark on my main listing image?

Often not. Many marketplaces ask for a clean main image without logos, text or watermarks. Check your own seller center before uploading, because the rules differ by marketplace and category. Stamping only extra gallery photos or social media images can avoid the problem.

Does the stamp stay the same size on every photo?

It stays the same size relative to each photo. The size slider is based on the shortest side of the image, so a small photo and a large photo look consistent in the batch, even though their pixel sizes are very different.

Can I write my shop name in Bangla?

Yes. Type it in the text box as usual and check the preview. Bangla is drawn with the fonts available on your device, so the letter shapes can vary a little between devices. If your shop has a fixed design, use a logo image instead.

Will a watermark stop people copying my photos?

No watermark gives complete protection. A corner stamp can be cropped, and editing tools can sometimes paint out marks. A watermark makes copying harder and keeps your name attached, which is often enough to send a lazy copier to easier photos.

What file format do I get back?

PNG files stay PNG so that any transparency survives, and everything else is saved as a high quality JPG. Your pixel size stays the same. Saving can change the file size, so run the result through the image compressor if your marketplace has a tight limit.

Can I put a watermark on my Daraz main image?

It is safer not to. Seller guidance for Daraz says to avoid watermarks, logos, stickers and promotional text on the main image, though we could not confirm this on a Daraz page. Check your seller center, and consider stamping only the photos you share elsewhere.

Does Bikroy allow watermarks on ad photos?

Our notes for Bikroy list watermarks and logos among the things to keep off a photo, along with phone numbers and prices. Our Bikroy entry is not marked as verified, so read the current posting rules on Bikroy before you upload a stamped photo.

Is there a free tool to watermark photos in bulk?

Yes. This batch watermark tool is free and runs in your browser. Add your photos, set one text or logo stamp, and every photo receives the same look, sized to its own pixels. Several photos download together as one ZIP, and nothing is uploaded.

How do I watermark product photos on my phone?

Open this page in your phone browser and tap the drop area to pick your photos. Type your shop name or choose a logo, adjust the sliders while you watch the preview, then download. Your originals stay in your gallery, as stamped copies are new files.

Where should I put a watermark on a product photo?

A centred stamp at low opacity is a common middle ground, because the product stays clear and the mark is difficult to cut out. A corner stamp is cleaner but easy to crop away. A repeating pattern is harder to remove but distracts from the product.
